TP-0.75 Laboratory vertical grinder

The laboratory vertical grinder is suitable for wet grinding of medium and low viscosity fluids and is a laboratory production facility for batch production. The strong kinetic energy of the material in all directions caused by the irregular collision between the grinding media makes the particle size of the material smaller. Dispersion and grinding integrated, reducing the process, one device plus one container can complete the dispersion grinding, improve production efficiency and reduce material waste. Compared with other grinding equipment, the product is more convenient to clean and suitable for grinding of various kinds of materials.

The motor runs the lever and the bottom dispersing disc to rotate at a high speed, so that a vacuum is formed in the upper part of the dispersing disc and inside the basket, and the slurry is sucked into the basket grinding chamber. The grinding medium in the driving cavity of the lever generates force in all directions, the particles in the material are constantly collided and rubbed by the medium, the particle size becomes smaller, the particle size range is narrowed; the high speed operation of the dispersing disc generates eddy current to the material in the cavity It is pumped out and recycled to the feed with a very significant dispersion mixing effect.
